The servant leader is first a servant, making sure that his people's highest priority needs are being served. In this role, he leads from behind. He is most caring and compassionate. At the 1st Ikorodu Division Youth Summit, I had the opportunity to speak my truth when permitted to give my 2cents on youth inclusiveness in governance & community development. "Youths can get involved as stakeholders in governance & community development in various ways asides contesting elective positions at general elections. Most of us urgently need to become active as voters, advocates, trainers, trainees, employers, employees and perfect role models for the younger generation. We need to use our internet space more productively.
